Ready Willing and Able (RWA) is issued by a financial institution or a bank on behalf of the client. The purpose of this document is to show the capability and intent for performing the financial transactions. The RWA document is also known as the bank comfort letters.

A Proof of Funds Letter is an official document certifing that an individual, institution or corporation has sufficient funds to complete a transaction. Proof of funds letter (POF) is generally required by a seller who needs to verify that the purchasing party is financially capable of producing the funds required to buy from them.
