Standby Letter of Credit
A standby letter of credit (SBLC) is a legal instrument issued by a bank. It represents the bank’s guarantee to make payment to the seller of a certain amount in the event the buyer is unable to make the payment themself as agreed.
Bank Guarantees
A guarantee is an assurance that a bank provides to a contract between two external parties, a buyer and a seller, or in relation to the guarantee, an applicant and a beneficiary.
Documentary Letter of Credit
A documentary letter of credit is a promise to pay the beneficiary by a financial institution. It serves as a financial guarantee to the beneficiary for the payment if somehow the applicant cannot make the payment on time.

Construction Proformance Bond
